As the seller, it is your responsibility to bear the cost of warehouse storage fees, it is NOT the customer's!! I paid for freight as part of my cost, so you did not have to pay for the shipping, it is included in my $72. There are package thefts and misdelivered packages all the time all over the world. That is not my responsibility!! AGAIN, the item was NOT delivered to me or my address. I do not know where it was delivered, if at all. I have contacted the USPS, and the tracking number you gave me, is NOT a valid tracking number for USPS and they also said that the person responsible for filing a claim is the SENDER!!! If you believe that you actually mailed the item to MY address, then you should be the ones to file a claim!! I know how this process works because I work for the USPS, in the US Postal Inspection Service department and we deal with mail theft and mail FRAUD all the time. But in the end, the responsibility falls on the SENDER!! I ask again for a full 100% refund of $71.85, as soon as possible. I guarantee you will NEVER have to deal with me again! I do NOT order online very often, especially from some sketchy company selling books at closeout prices!! I have learned my lesson, that if something seems too good to be true, IT IS!! I did not order any clothing, or sunglasses, I ordered several sets of book series by several authors!! Please refund me 100%!!

Why should I have to suffer a loss, because you did not mail item with insurance if you even mailed it at all! Again, I have checked my security footage and nothing was delivered. I spoke with my USPS mail carrier who said they never got anything to deliver with that tracking number you provided. Also, I have checked with my neighbors and they also checked their security footage, and they never received the item and they never saw anything getting delivered anywhere in our neighborhood! So again, NO I do NOT accept 30%, I demand the full 100%!!!

I did NOT receive any pkg. And you are out money??? What about me? I paid almost $72 and still have nothing. I NEVER received anything. I checked all my security footage, and there was NO pkg delivered on 10/7/2023!! I even asked my USPS mail carrier, and she said NO pkgs that day!! So, you need to refund me the money you STOLE from me for absolutely NOTHING!!!

My Apologies, I did not pay $71.85 through Pay Pal, it was paid through my bank, and I have already contacted them to investigate this as a fraud case since this item was NEVER delivered to my address. The USPS has no record of the item and can NOT help me! Also, it shows the item was clothing but it was not! It was books!! Did you actually mail it out?

I contacted my United States Postal Service, and was told the tracking number you provided is NOT a valid tracking number they would EVER use!! I work from home and sit at my computer only 8 feet away from front door and have a ring doorbell camera. There was NEVER ANY DELIVERY to MY address. I NEVER received anything. If you will not help me, I will contact PayPal to get my money back!
